Stollydriver Well that's me buggered then unless I can find a gong somewhere. Would it help if I were a bit of a gremlin myself Regards Joe.
Stollydriver Might not be big enough. Were is that bell located I may be able to nick the gong before Dilligaf gets it. Regards Joe.
I've had a gremlin bell on each bike I've owned since I first started riding. Here are the three I have now. Yep, all towards the front of the bike. The bell that's positioned the lowest is on my Triumph. The last photo is the bell that I had on my Thruxtons. I kept it for sentimental reasons and also, I don't think you can give a bell as a friend to the person (that you don't know most likely) buys the bike that you traded in. The other thing about gremlin bells if you look for them online is that there's one with nearly any "theme" or look you can imagine. I even found one with a boxer dog on it!
Huh did not know that, the local sportbikers hang them on each footpegs to ring as they start to bonce along the pavement, signaling an impending low side.
1st I have heard of a gremlin bell. I bought a T140 from the US of A and it had a bell on the bottom frame loop. wondered what the hell it was for. now I know
Ron That was a great story. well writen and very believable thanks. Really loved the two clips as well Steve Lovatt. Regards Joe.
Nice one Ron, you give me a little more pause for thought there... might get my high mileage buddy one for his Guzzi.
There's a documentary about how much the armed forces used amphetamines in the war, it's a real eye opener,be warned if you watch it there are some pretty horrific actual battle scenes, it's available on the BBC I player or youtube.
