Got a zumo 396 for crimbo to replace my 12 year old 550. Thanks Santa.

Anyway it has one new feature I find bl**dy annoying. When listening to the mp3 player the volume automatically increases as the speed increases. At silly speeds, on my private track, it's absolutely deafening. I can't find out how to turn this feature off. Does anyone know please.

That made me laugh out loud DD. Missus thinks I've gone barmy again.

Are you listening on a Bluetooth headset? It could be the settings on that rather than the satnav

Great call crispey. Yes I am. Schuberths dedicated helmet system on my c3 helmet.

Will dig out the manual on that set up.

    Many thanks

That's a very workable solution to my dilemma Sir Trev. Not quite up there in the crispey school of advice. But I thank you nonetheless.

Ps. Make it a thick one, it's a bit parky out there. ;)
