Thought that was a brave admission til Got to the end of the post to realise it wasn't a and n that was missing
Your a one crispey I will swear the word is no can't say it I have retired no more of that getting up at silly o clock.
i hope the guys who havn't recieved the t- shirts through the post yet get them today or tomorow, when i was at the post office i noticed they put some in one sack and the rest in another..obvoiusly 1 sack was quicker than the other ! To put my mind at rest can you let me know when you get them
So is mine, but that's because we were being considerate to Dougie so he didn't have to pack and post all those shirts, not because we're tight Yorkshiremen!
Mine was purchased on the "Helping Dougie" basis too. Saving money ? Does that mean we get them cheaper then?
I still maintain that I was saving Dougie the trouble of going to the post office and then having to deal with someones sack! I will be the first to buy him a beer as a thank you for delivering my shirt to the meet up. I will also be buying biglad at least one beer for organising this and buying crispey a beer for drawing a map.
Ha Ha, I’m enjoying reading the comments, I’m bringing down 9 t-shirts so about a 1/3 of t-shirts, if I had to bring them all down I was thinking I’d just post them all to the royal oak but as there are only 9 I’ll get them in my pannier no problem Posting wasn’t a problem, When I collected them they were all loose in a carton, the printers don’t individually pack them, well they can, but they charge 10p per t-shirt and me being a scot (I think we Scots are tighter than folk from Yorkshire ) I got the poly bags free from them and folded each one up nice and neat and put each one in a poly bag!, I think it looks better rather posting a loose t-shirt (I’ve done that with the ones I’m bringing down to the meet also) The grey plastic post bags I had at my work and my good wife addressed and packed them for me.
