This afternoon, together with my wife, I was able to go on a little tour with our Bonnies for the first time. The morning temperatures of -4 degrees Celsius finally moved into the range of +10 degrees in the afternoon. Therefore we started right after the office. Our way led us from home over a beautiful panoramic road to the Wechselpass. The Bonnies showed what they are made of despite the moderate driving style (maximum 3,500 rpm). I'm thrilled by the power delivery and the incredible sound. After a short photo stop, we headed back and drove the last 25 kilometers on the highway. Again, according to the manufacturer's specifications at a moderate pace. After just over 100 kilometers of driving, we came to the financial highlight of the day, the refueling. Away from the prices of almost €2/l, the consumption of the Bonnies, about 4.6l/100km and the range of +300 km is very good. Below I have a few more impressions of our tour for you.
Thanks for the report and the photos, Markus! I'll bet that you and your wife were super happy and excited to be able to get out on the road to start breaking in those new Bonnies. And it sounds like you are very pleased with them, too. Have fun!
@Sandi T: Thanks Sandi! You are right. The Bonnies are great for our sunshine touring. In the meantime, the TIGERs have to wait in the garage and scratch there with their claws.
