Is that the rescue vehicle for green Kawasaki’s? It’s just short of two very low blue flashing lights!! Bet there’s a little bmw oil in a container inside somewhere? Heh heh heh

 

Update for today. Managing to walk now without crutches. Later this afternoon I’m going to attempt to ride the bike and bring it down to the hotel. If that’s a success then I’m all set to ride home tomorrow.

 

Good luck, it’s burning me up reading about your bad luck, take it easy, bit at a time and hopefully the foot will be ok to ride.

Thanks. Yes bad luck indeed. Last night about 4am after a visit to the loo, I knocked a glass on to the floor and it shattered into a million pieces. Still picking bits up now.
Anyone fancy swapping my luck

Another update. The Wasp is going home tomorrow.

Got the bike and rode down to the Schnitzel House hotel. It’s now parked outside. My boot just fits and I had no problems changing gear or balancing. I am so happy to be able to get myself and the bike home.
Next update will be once I’m home. By the way it’s a beautiful sunny and hot day today.

Got my souvenirs to try and fasten to the bike - my crutches. I might bring them to the next meetup just in case

Havit you cannot lock people in high towers for dropping their bikes mate.The tower would be full in next to no time.
