If the VIN search is not recognized try using the Model Search. Don't know why it would'nt register the VIN though? Once your model is entered you should get the option to subscribe.
Success with TriumphTechnicalInfo website; contacted support via email on Saturday; got response this AM; apparently there is a bug in their software; you have to set your Profile language after login to English UK; then, you will be presented with subscribe buttons; ah yes, the computer gods will smile upon you
UPDATE on the emergency flasher, turn signal issue; ever since I disconnected/reconnected the battery and its reset of the ECU, no issues with the flashers and turn signals; have stayed away from messing with the i scroll button.
