I would say yours still comes under 'vintage styled' which is on their homepage. Understand your being miffed though

You'll be fine Mr O - as you have a Bonneville America, which is in my book a vintage style cruiser as DD says. They do want to keep the power rangers on sportsbikes away and to prevent the event being dominated by Harleys and cheap peds, which is only right.
You get a few Harleys and other makes of cruiser but normally the old school ones and a shed load of modern Bonnies and Scramblers. To be fair, the bloody Enfield wouldn't start last year so I risked it on the Trident after removing the rear rack and flyscreen. No one seemed to mind and quite a few people mentioned that these bikes were becoming classics anyway.
At the end of the day Triumph sponsor the thing so get out there and enjoy it mate!:D:D:D

I don't think a Bonneville America is to be excluded, or at least they won't kick you out. And if they do, we'll be there to create a good ol' biker fight. :D :D :D

But yeah, the base idea, the very beginning of it was to re create this image:

So I guess, what they want, because that's their event after all, What they want is a stylish ride. But in my book a Bonneville america, is stylish. It's not a "Ninja" or god know what other shitty sports bike name itself.

    That's a bit more like it ;)
Last picture we saw of you was beard-less on your newbie post :p

Beards are essential if you wish to fit in with the quiff'd, bearded hipster twats that are gonna crawl out of the woodwork for this event :D:D:D

I did have the quiff, about :eek::eek: 7" tall at one time !!!!

But sadly no more :(, been follicly challenged for the last 10 years.
