I'm a regular at Destination Triumph Dorset. I called in recently and all the familiar faces were gone. I spoke to a sales representative to enquire about a bike and asked about the guy I normally deal with. I was told all the staff had changed recently. The new guy was ok but admitted he had only been in the job a few weeks and didn't seem to have very much knowledge of the Triumph range. Anyone know what has happened here ?
