Hi all, I’ve got a 2006 Daytona and want to strip the rear end to check drag link bearings etc. Is there a way to raise the rear off the floor without buying a stand ? Would probably never use it again. I bought a Constand to raise the rear wheel via the axle but in hindsight should have invested in a stand that fits in the swing arm pivot. I previously had a 2004 Daytona and the previous owner had fitted a centre stand to the bike which was ideal. I’ve looked for a centre stand but can’t find one for a Daytona. Could I fit a stand off another model just to do the work then remove it ? Any help advice appreciated.
