    3 times world champion (one 125 title and two 250 titles) Dani Pedrosa has today officailly confirmed that this season will be his last in racing.He had various offers including a seat at yamaha but has decided now is the time to leave,with 31 Moto Gp wins to his name he is quite rightly going to be inducted in the Moto GP Legends hall of fame.

    I know he had a reputation as a humourless Spanish midget in his earlier career but he is certainly one of the best riders to have never won the premier class title. Not too surprising when he was up against Rossi, Stoner, Lorenzo and Marquez but to get so many wins in such company, with all his injury issues on top, shows his abilities well.
