For the New Zealand members, Peter at Custom Chambers is great quality at a fair price. Good range of pictures on his website and loves bikes. Does custom headers and exhausts for specialty cars too.
Yep, agree with that - got him to make a custom exhaust for a Suzuki S40 I had back a while ago. The S40 stock exhaust sounds like a goldfish farting in a bowl of water, and they are hugely restrictive. Peter made me a nice slip on that sorted that out a treat... He even carefully wrapped the old silencer and couriered it back to me as I didn't have any way of carrying it.
