Whilst traveling on the North Coast 500 (which was fantastic) I randomly got a check engine warning, with roughly 1700 miles on the bike I thought this was a bit odd. After calling Triumph Glasgow they suggested the 3 start stop cycle, this seemed to cure the issue however the next day it occurred once again. I completed the start stop cycle again and cured it once and for all (fingers crossed anyway). I was wondering if anyone has had anything similar recently? I’m assuming a sensor just had a little blip as so to speak.

    Hi Owen
Had mine well over a year and did more than 5700 miles, never had this issue or anything else to be honest, trouble is there are so many gizmos and sensors on the RS it only takes something quite minor to have warning lights come on I guess.
Hopefully nothing to worry about, but is it continues I would book it in with dealer.
    Cheers
    Bill
