    Superb if cold weather today. Breakfast at Lepe beach cafe then run home through the New Forest. Beaulieu, Lyndhurst and Romsey.

    One of my favorite runs is to Milford on Sea for a brekkie.
    Bit to cold for that today.

    Milford on Sea is also a favourite along with Mudeford Quay. Yes a bit nippy today 1.5 degrees on way there!
