Not wanting to fit a non original TLS to my 66 i talked my mate Fatman into cutting me a 1" longer lever with an offset drive square to keep cable adjustment, works a treat :)

Unless you know your stuff it would be difficult to tell its not original, more torque applied for same pressure I presume

Not ridden the bike much as its so new and cable brakes have a lot of lever movement as normal but i can say it's got way more feel now and brakes are far sharper.

Nice work, indeed. He should enter production, darkman - I'm going to need one for my TR6! :)

If you really want it to be quick and cheap, I highly recommend looking for a Chinese manufacturer. They copy practically everything, even copies from other manufacturers are copied immediately.

Of course, they will immediately send you a free replacement that is at least as bad as everything else! Isn't that great? :p

I love it when I see small custom bits added as long as they are done well like this one. Makes a already very good machine even better. usually.the store bought crap is just that...crap. I have a mini-lathe, drill press, and some other things around the shop. Really satisfying when you come up with an improvement on your own. ...J.D.
