I'd need to get some more split rings and I could make some. I was just getting some things together to make some Triumph logo wallets. I make these smaller ones that are great to ride with and could have logo on one side and initials on the other. I've had this wallet for about 10 years and I need to do a little maintenance, re-dye and sheen it on the spine. Inside its got 3 card slots and pocket behind them and a id window.
I'm definitely interested in key ring and wallet if you could do this please? You have some great skills sir
I can make as many as needed. I will need to order more rings for the keychains but I have the materials on hand for wallets. Keychains - I can make them 2 ways. Antique stained in either black, brown or tan. (Mines tan) or stained and painted. Stained only - $20 Stained and painted - $25 Wallets - I can make these multiple ways as well. Antique stained in either black, brown or tan. Interiors can be either black, brown or tan. Logos can be painted or just stained. Initials are in the old English style letters. Single logo one side - $45 Logo and initials - $55 Double logos - $65 Payments can be made either paypal or venmo. PM me if interested.
Hi @RCStreet are you using a pyrography tool to burn your design onto the leather? I had a bit of a dabble a few years ago and still have the tools and leather in my workshop. I don't think I will ever get to the skill level that are demostrating, but might dig it out and have a bit of a go.....
No burning, I draw a stencil on the leather while it's wet and then I use a swivel knife to cut the outline and then I use a beveler to tool in the design to give it the 3d look. I then hand paint and stain the leather.
Cool, you sir have skills! What sort of leather is that in post 6, the third pic? A wallet, but kind of grainy.. It looks well smart.
Wow! Never realised you could use ostrich... But then they are quite big, but you wouldn't assume it would be that tough!
That is amazing, i definitely need more practice, only been doing leather work for about six months. Just finished this one.
