    Hi mate
You're back to the original fuel problem now
However your gonna need to keep the battery charged otherwise you'll not get anywhere
I don't know if ther could be a fault showing on your bike because like my bike the engine management light is on until the engine is running
You could be showing a fault that needs clearing after you ran out of fuel
This fault might be to protect the fuel pump so it doesn't run when it's dry!
Gonna have to get a OBD reader to clear fault
Dunno if the TUNE ECU Can do this or not

Hi Nicetown, can you hear the pump priming? If not the first place I would check is the fuel pump relay. Another member has recently found that dirty contacts on this relay stopped his pump working.

I think that Tune ECU can clear faults, and no fault appeared on my diagnosis...

I cannot hear the pump priming, I will remove the tank and check the relay, thanks !

Stupid question : should the fuel pump prime with the sidestsand down ?

Yes mate, it's been a while since I had my Bonny but I'm 95% sure it should.

In any case, why not try both - you're only trying to establish if the pump is pumping as part of diagnosis, after all.

Yeah it should prime with or without side stand down

I'm desperate... I have a trip on Saturday and the bike still doesn't work..
I tested all the fuses, they work. Battery charged at 13.5V, with two new spark plugs, got a spark when I connect to the ground. Relay starter and sidestand switch by passed. Still no priming. I removed the tank but it started raining and I was in the street so I could not test the different things with the voltmeter.. The ignition cool had square bolts, could not remove them unfortunately.. So I could not test the continuity.
I don't understand why it's not priming, should I remove the fuel pump ? I don't even know if I can do it with a fully filled tank..

    Ok mate
Here goes I have just spoken to Paul at my local triumph dealer he suggested disconnecting the battery for at least an hour
    That might right things

Have you cleared faults using tune ECU or OBD reader

If this doesn't work Paul thinks you may have damaged the pump

So nice of you, many thanks ! I did not find any fault using tune ECU last time, but at that time the engine was not cranking at all, I don't know if it could detect errors...
I will try to disconnect the battery and try tune ECU again after that, thanks a lot

Could not drain the fuel off with a hose, so I can't check the fuel pump :(
I have 10.9v between the green and black wire, connecting the tank.. Nothing between the two other pins. And 2 ohms between the ignition coil. 5kohm on one lead and 7 on the other. I waited 1hour but still no priming. Tune ecu coming in a bit..

Like I said mate I don't have this
But in the bottom l/h corner SAI and main relay look to be lit up
    Does that mean a fault?
    I don't know

Apparently it does not mean a fault, I'll need to find another solution :(
