    Agree with the weight thing, Ade. It's there on the VIN plate for all to see (and ignore!). Never seen a bike being pulled in for a weight check, but I've been pulled several times when I was lorry driving - fortunately without any problems. Phew!!
    Incidentally, Tridents are top heavy buggers and are hard to stop if they decide to lie down and have a rest. I have (had) the muscles to prove it.

    All my misses gets is a small butt pad on the mudguard, she has a bad back too but says a ride on the back often used to sort it for her, mind you we don't do a lot of miles on the Trident.

    2008 T100 Triumph Gel seat .... 10 times better than the original ironing board of a seat and a solid top box .. Really comfortable

    Best model for comfort in my opinion is the Thunderbird LT. Second is a Tiger 1200 with comfort seats

    The sports/touring Trophy with heated seats and a taller aftermarket adjustable windshield. Then there's the blue tooth radio system....
