On the approach the photo sellers were doing there thing. I wouldn't have normally bought a picture for £12 but thought it was a nice one to keep for my youngest. With riding off road I always have the front brake covered.
Did anyone else go? There were loads of bikes there and a real cross section of interests from posers to custom to just plain weird.

Bangers and Cash tv show. I took my lad in the pic to one of their auctions as he has a like for mk1 and mk2 Ford Escorts which they had a few for sale. The lad was telling him ( sweet talking him I think) about how impressed he was with the set up and how interesting it all was. The bloke was obviously taken in with him as he was given a free t shirt
Any quad fans? I bet this thing goes, it looked to have a 350lc engine in it. Having ridden a few quads bloody dangerous if you ask me and just an accident waiting to happen.
Classic sidecar trials enthusiasts. This had an interesting story. The chap kept getting seizures from heat soak and build up in the barrel. To resolve expansion issues he completely machined a new aluminium barrel. Notice the spare 350 piston which is the right size to fit the generator clamp???
And now for something that just looked downright weird. Imagine; first thing Monday morning, you're an MOT Tester and this is your first customer........ 50cc and based on a Honda Ruckus pitchers or something like. Apparently State side they are a big thing. These must be the smallest indicators going surely? The rear rim was about 2" (5cm) too wide for the tyre. Due to a change in the regs it now was a fail. To create some sort of a solution?????? the edges between the tyre bead and rim outer edge were filled with black silicone. Ummm I think the sidestand was an after thought!
