Just switch the phone off, you don't need that kind of distraction spoiling your ride. I just check it when I stop nothing is that serious that I would take a call whilst riding.
Who would up for a BBQ on the Saturday night? Looking likely that we can get a BBQ and Dozers Dad has a plan for some good quality meat, him and Winglad in the car so can fetch is easier. Be around a £10 a head for food and plenty of beer to be had at the co-op in Bellingham. Please comment / like this post, if your up for it? , just to get an idea on numbers!
Jez, indoor market halls can be a good place to get flavoured chicken drumsticks. These are easy to cook in the oven, in a tray with a bit of water and covered with foil. They can then be put on the BBQ for that bit of charring. A local butcher ( I think there is one in Bellingham ) might provide tasty bangers and burgers. Some nice bread and a bit of salad stuff and a few dressings/sauces should all be had for less than £10 per head. Thing is it would all need sorting Saturday morning. What'd'ya think ?
You guys are too funny. Remember though I'm coming over to Blighty for at least a month so the luggage is essential. I'm in need of my next dose of fish, chips and mushy peas, and pork pies (can't get 'em here. It's weird though they do awesome fish, awesome chips but not together. Mushy peas ??? - forget that. The weather is looking good for tomorrow a dry, warm ride down to Rotterdam and mostly dry at the other end. (it usually pees it down when I get my bike out)
Sorry guy's won't be staying for the saturday night, off into Newcastle. I'm sure you will have a ball. #Wessa
