    Fuck off you nosy cunt
    That the overflow?

Simplest way round that might be to have the type of syphon in the cistern that if it overfills, it empties into the bowl. Cuts the need for an extra hole in the wall, or outflow pipe.

    More expense though...

    Well peeps Bro's and Sisters.
Finished the first bit. and the sink is fitted. Thanks Big Sandy that sanding the waste pipe did the treat and the Flexible hoses also worked well. Just could not find the ones with the shut of but not really worried about that for now. Screw fix are getting some in for my cistern when I get started. Tracy wants a cistern to drop it down flush with the pan and panel it out. Yes I will get the internal syphon type same as the sink makes life easier. Did have a little mishap with the sink and using the hole punch managed to go through the cold water pipe. If you look you can see were I had to pull loads of plaster of to repair it. Glad I had the flexible hoses. sink.jpg

Well peeps guess what. Yes I got a little further with the toilet. Actually refitted the cistern and relocated it. Boxed it all in. Guess what it works well for the present. My baby girl wife is now tiling it so you never know by summer it could be all done. Watch this space. Glad we got two toilets well that's what the better half tells me.
    Regards
    Joe.

Had noticed you were not around Joe, but if you are like me you get up to your neck in something now and then. Glad you are making progress. I was doing a major plumbing job on my vacation home until winter set in. Late November they got 4' of snow in 2 days. I'll go finish that job when the snow melts :) …J.D.

I don't blame you 4"s. Want to build a snowman. Yes I don't work very fast but I eventually get there but useless at plumbing or lazy. I used to get Tracy's brother to do all that for me. But he went to heaven couple of years ago and left me to it.
    Regards & Ride free.
