    Looking at picking up a possible project from a friend. Not sure what this could have been, year / model but I will get more #'s when I can.


    Engine has a motor vehicle stamp

    DMV 28487 CA

    Control No 119599

    T120 bonnie by the look of it. definitely a unit motor so post 63

    What does "unit" mean here? where as other bikes are "pre unit"

    Without pics of the genuine engine and frame numbers if still there it's hard to say as the numbers given are US department of vehicle restamp numbers, forks are 64 on and not the first year 63 and although it has a twin carb head the blue line on the tank says its a 64 SC and not a T120R as the R had a black line.

    No idea on US prices Richard as they are much cheaper over there and also there is the issue with restamped numbers, as a ballpark just the engine is probably $600 as is.

    Bargain :) engine would sell for a min £7/800.00 in the UK, please try n post some pics of around the headstock on left of frame for numbers and also left side of crankcases just under the barrels (juggs) so i might be able to shine more light on the subject.
