    The performance of those foil boats is very wind strength dependant. It was reckoned that Ineos had the fastest high wind boat, Luna Rossa mid-strength and NZ the best low wind boat (they used much smaller foils than Luna Rossa) and so it proved as the wind strength in the AC races was quire low.

    Hi Flay, most of the light wind races LR outperformed NZ. LR were unlucky on 2 days to have light winds, too low, canceling the racing.
    The main difference after 3 all, appeared to be sail choice.
    Watching it only took a single mistake at any time to lose 40m and then chase.
