Ace im looking forward to fitting parts and accessories! Whats your favourite one you have done?
Adam tbh I can’t take credit for much as most extras was fitted already when I bought it, I have recently added a proper rad and oil cooler guard from Evotech after reading a recommendation from a member on this fine forum. It looks way better than it did with the universal silver guard. Next on the cards is levers and upgrading the stock H4’s to led if I can get a set that fits to my liking. I’ve started to give up hope to import bits as we seldom get our packages due to poor infrastructure over here. I’ve now subscribed to Aramex (freight forwarder) and got my first order delivered to my door in record time, guess I can carry on again. If the mods were mine I’d have to go with the Arrow system followed by the bar end mirrors as favorites. What are you planning to do first?
My bike is totally stock apart from a R and G tail tidy. I want to add a little bit of crash protection first. Then it will be exhaust or new tyres. I like the look of the SC project Conic or Remus hyper cone. Arrow seems nice but I want mine to be loud
Been looking on here to find a used bargain but most the ads are out of date
Keep me posted how you get on with the bulbs
Great reviews on the SC and I reckon the way to go if you prefer louder mate. Do agree with you on the crash protection, in that order for sure! Will keep you posted on the led’s !
Hi and welcome.....
Hi Adam, and welcome in
Welcome to the madhouse you should fit right in .
Hi and welcome.
There are always loads of loud systems/cans on evibay as people get excited about all the posts on forums and then can't stand the year battering they get from them lol.
I will keep my eyes peeled I would like a SC project or Remus Hyper cone.
I need a paddock stand too bought one with hooks it doesnt work rubs on my swing arm
Bend the frame (stand) slightly
My stand has hooks think I need one with a V shape on. I’ll wait until new year maybe look at other options like the Abba stand
The bobbins that you screw into the swing arm should stop it rubbing the arm as they stick out an inch or so ??
Unfortunately not missing the big centre stand on my fz6 now
Welcome to the Family. great Looking Steed you got there. Bet it won't be standard for long. You know that's what winters are for. Pimping your Steed up ready for spring. Great peeps here and a mind of knowledge so you can't go wrong.
