955 Daytona - Front Suspension Settings

    Recently been getting sore wrists on my 955i 2005 - with a flat bar conversion.
    I live in a rural area with bumpy roads (as opposed to pot holes) and seem to get a lot of jarring. I am wondering if the preload/rebound settings are too hard - does anyone have the original settings as a baseline - or ideas on a better set up to experiment with?

    Back end appears compliant enough
