Tiger 800 900 Rally Pro Tank Protection Bars

Obviously every drop is different, but looking at this video I would say there is a good chance you could pick the bike up and carry on with your day;

 

and the bar likely moved because it was not tight enough at the bottom attaching point

 

I'm ditching Triumph's POS bars for Outback Motortek's, fed up after $1000+ in repairs and dealing with the tank-damaging upper bars and fog light kit. The whole experience leaves a bitter taste. Contemplating selling the bike and switching to a lightweight dual sport for a fresh start.
