2025 Trident 660 Setting Riding Mode.

I searched here and online, watched a number of vids and read the part in the manual about it. I navigate to main menu hit "confirm" and it takes me to the menu displaying riding mode, click right arrow, scroll down and select "rain" and "confirm" it prompts me to set dtc, abs etc. I pass thru all those and confirm then exit the menu, and turn the bike off. Note: this is with bike On, but not running. When I go back to the menu it shows up as "rain" again.

ALso, I can't seem to find where on the tft display where it tells you what ride mode is selected.

Any help appreciated.

I think I figured it out, I did not press the "M" button below on the left control. But do I take it, that current ride mode does not display on the tft screen unless you press the "M" button?
