2023 T100 Trans Failures

Thanks for the welcome.
After 52 years of riding I decided to get a 2023 Bonneville T100.
I love the bike when it is not broke down. In 10,000 miles the transmission has failed THREE times. Two dealers diagnosed and "repaired" it under warranty. It has been in the shop since 5/24/2024 after less than 2,000 miles on the last "repair". I could go into details on the nature of the failure and the parts replaced by the dealers if anyone is interested. What I could use is anyone else's experience with this issue and with Triumph.. This last time Triumph told the dealer that they have a batch of improperly heat treated shifter pawls and some customers have had up to FIVE replacements! FYI: this is my 11th motorcycle and over 360,000 miles ridden. I taught my first MSF course in 1977 and the last one a few years ago. I have never had problems like this.
