20A! I specifically use the smallest 750mA battery tender because the 1.5A model was boiling my small motorcycle batteries. In fact I wanted to avoid "peak charging" altogether, so I also added a digital wall timer that turns on for 75 seconds once an hour. That works out to 30 minutes/day without peak voltage charging. Often it goes straight to green after blinking red for 5 seconds. BTW if you have a lithium battery, I don't know if there is a solar powered option, that's more tricky.
I think you mean 20 Watts. My Optimate 4 only kicks out 1 amp. My Optimate 3 which lasted 20 years 24/7 was less.
