Hi all. Just discovered this. My service light was showing overdue. No way to reset without tool No reset within service part of menu. So I changed the bikes date to a year before. Bike now thinks service has lots of time left. Service light now off. My bike was garaged for a year just after last service, so didn't need one
I'm so glad I saw your post. My service light came on after a year and 700miles, I done exactly what you did & happy to have no reminder showing. Result
