G’day all, Freshly installed the Tec303 cam and performed a ‘cat-delete’, the design was inspired by ‘scavenger x-pipe technology’ from (flowingmeister) Its got much lumpier idle now, not sure if thats the deal with the Tec cam. Also is much louder than I expected it to be. I am interested to get the ‘ass Dyno’ going once the roads are clear of snow. Anyone else installed the Tec 303 cam?
Hi How have you got on with the TEC camshaft? I have a 2020 Scrambler XE and ordered the cam from TEC Bikes. Waiting on the gaskets to arrive. BUT! I asked DNK if the had a map for the XE fir the camshaft and they advised against installing the cam. They make good points that TEC Bikes are supplying the cam for all bikes and as it is a copy of the 2016 Triumph Thruxton cam it is not suitable for the single throttle body bike like the XE. I'd be interested to learn of your experience with the cam?
