Hi I'm looking to replace the fork seals on my 2012 speed triple R. I think I've got all the required tools and I've watched a few videos on YouTube replacing seals in ohlin forks and it looks fairly straight forward. My questions are What fork oil do I use How much do I put in each fork Any help would be greatly appreciated
Theres a link to the various manuals in a sticky post in this section. If you download one of those for yours, the front suspension section will give you that info. It will also tell you the correct way of doing it as well. I downloaded one for my TT as i trust Haynes manuals as far as i can throw them!
