Hi all After my other posts regarding needing a thumb brake due to a dodgy leg, I'll need bar risers to stop the bar mounted brake lever hitting the tank. I've seen on the forum 25 / 30 / 50mm heights mentioned - I was thinking the 50mm would be as roomy as I can get, but has anyone else fitted these & if so, did the stock cables still fit ok? I would doubt that 50mm will go on without longer cables etc. I know my t509 just gets away with 30mm ones and I mean just. I have a pair of approx 30 mm black risers you put under standard 22mm bars you can have if you want them, I bought a silver pair instead. I dont know what size bars are on the bike you are after . If you want them yiu can just pay postage cost.
