Bought a 2011 speed triple a while back and it seems really harsh on the front end. Does anyone know the standard suspension set up? Just wondering if someone messed with it in the past.
The suspension settings should be in the Owners Handbook assuming one came with the bike. If not you might still be able to download one from Triumph's website.
If it were me, with no manual, I'd turn the compression to softest and the same with rebound and dampening. then fully open counting clicks or full turns. Set everything in the middle and ride and make adjustment to fit you.
