I've managed to drop my bike putting it in the garage, I've cracked the nose cone and scratched the RHS fairing and rear bodywork and broken the RHS foot peg 'control plate'. As it's in Aston green and a limited edition i guess I'm not going to find a replacement so does anybody have any experience in repairing/ re-spraying the panels and even the stickers on world of triumph are pricey?. I've found a control plate on eBay but if anyone has one on here i'd look.
Yea I'm guessing a trip to bodywork shop and glass fibre repair and re spray. Think ill go naked and go un branded/stickered.
Duckadile, the tanks on a sprint ST and Daytona are totally different mate so you would need to look for a specific model bagster I think
ah bad luck on the topple , my S1000rr toppled over in the garage a couple of months ago while putting on the rear paddock stand . nice and tidy that one , hope you find al the right bits.
Kbettle. Hard luck mate. Yes we all done it. Why not get some fibre repair and build up from the inside. Reinforce with a strap of metal inside. Just put a sticker over the outside till you get round to a spray job. And if I haven't said it welcome to the family. Regards Joe
