    Hi Guys,
    Any suggestions on this one? 2002 T100 running fine one day, but not the next. Opening the throttle creates a surging/ misfire until it gets to 3,000rpm then it's away, no problem. It feels like the idle jet is blocked but it isn't. Float level is OK, as is the idle air screw. If I pull out the choke it helps so it seems to be fuel starvation of the idle circuit. Carb bowl is clean and it will idle OK. Anyone run into this before?
    Jim.

    I removed the float bowls twice and there was nothing to be seen, finally I removed the whole carb assembly and this is what I found;

    It is around 6mm OD and I have no idea where it came from, it's too small for the fuel rail and there is nothing in the bowl area itself. I am surprised that it made it past the float valve.
