    You met my missus then?

Couldnt agree more. We should observe the 2 minutes silence every day. That would be best part of quarter an hour peace & quiet i would get every week!.... Happy days! View attachment 2195

I have to share this... My current wife manages a well known high street coffee & cakes/savory shop -I won't mention the brand name but they have more shops than Mc.D's
On Monday morning the shop was as normal pretty full and at 11 o'clock the place fell (nearly silent) for the 2 minute silence... Teenagers, young professionals,Mums with toddlers etc all respected the silence in remembrance of our fallen hero's'...then voices were heard... yep it was the oldies chattering who should know better and show some respect!
I believe in our glorious country and what we stand for,but honestly sometimes I wonder about some people... nuff said.

I spent all day in bed and never thought about it until I read this blog.
Every year is as moving as the last.
