1998 955l Misfire 2500 To 3000

955l Daytona converted to speed triple with TOR exhaust running map 9860 which was ok until about two weeks ago then it started running rough at low revs checked tuneecu and this doesn’t shot any problems.
This is work that was done

• Fuel System: New original Triumph fuel pump, fuel hoses, and connectors; tank cleaned and flushed.
• Engine: Valve clearance adjustment, new crank timing sensor (T1290036) with clutch cover gasket, 3 new coils, new spark plugs, cleaned ignition system.
• Air & Oil: New original air filter, oil and filter change.
• Throttle & Brakes: Throttle body balancing, throttle and clutch cable lubrication, brakes serviced with fluid replacement.
• Battery & Cooling: New battery, new radiator with fresh coolant.

All ran fine, in fact very smooth

can anybody point me to what might have gone wrong with any help much appreciated

 

Thanks I have check the map it seems all ok and the plug where a good colour light tan . But the bike feel like the choke is on if I had one. Put a new fuel filter in at the weekend

any more ideas appreciated

 

I wish in some ways that is what happened but no rode about 140 miles one day and the next time I went out a couple of days later it started it now feels like it’s got a choke on until I get to about 3500 revs
