No problem. If you're pulling it apart you might want to check the condition of the stator to reg/rec connector and maybe replace it with a better one. Also, I found a charge monitor be be really useful and probably stopped me having more issues. I've got one of these fitted: http://www.sparkbright.co.uk/sparkright-eclipse-battery-voltage-monitor.php One day when sat at idle the monitor flicked to amber and red but was fine if the bike was revved. It didn't sit right with me so I pulled it apart and found that the stator connector was scorched. I think that the years and corrosion were beginning to affect it and the monitor had caught it before anything went up in smoke.
