If you've got one cylinder wildy different to the others then I'd be confident it'll be the same on a warm engine.... If all are the same but low...
It's been said that it helps get a full intake of air into the cylinder quicker... In theory it doesn't make much difference but helps if you...

No mate only PC and Android... You have the same bike as me and I'm sure PC version works for ours with a cable....
I found 2 more drain holes in the upper part where all the sand/grit collected... Nice to know that they knew the water would get in but thought...
I use the Android app and it's very simple to use.... Not used the service reset function yet though as my bike isn't due yet ha ha

My under tray before cleaning, its a bit cleaner around the slot holes as I removed the sealant to clean it and I will apply some more once...
