Mine are/were both silky smooth Did 16k on the first one and up to 17.5k now on the R. I think Biglad was spot on with changing the oil.
Same for me too, once its in one of the countless first gears release the clutch just a bit as if you are going to pull away but change your mind...
Mine does the same thing once and a while, so did my last one also a s3. if you let the clutch out a bit and then repull it in it will go in gear...
Only thing is if you do get a little mark you can't polish that out either.
Right on the end of the can, it your oval-ish tube does narrow down an inch from the end they are already removed. Edit to say "does not narrow down"
