Don't know about your particular bike, but lowering/raising is often achieved by fitting suspension drop links aka dogbones of different lengths. Changing these will alter the rear ride height but sometimes have other consequences such as rendering the sidestand too long or short. People like Lust Racing do them, l dare say loads on Ebay. You may also need to adjust the fork height by loosening the yokes and sliding them up or down. Common trick to speed up turn in too, lower the yokes 5-10mm

 

Have you checked if the suspension sag is correct? It might be something as simple as the pre load is set too low

 

Actually l think the shock and spring may be shorter, been reading about it today but in Spanish maybe because Brave has realised that's where l am right now. Google it

 

Depending on the geometry and layout, dog bones usually get longer to achieve a lower seat height.
For example, my Kove dog bones went from around 147mm to just over 160mm to achieve a 40mm reduction.
Relatively short legs and a 950mm seat height don't quite work together
