So here we are in lock down, the Bonneville is gleaming and nowhere to go.

 

Is the RE a carb model.

If so drain the fuel out of the carb, refill with fresh fuel and it may start whilst your waiting for your parts to arrive.

 

I’ve been ordering all sorts off eBay with no order delays, I am sure other delivery companies will deliver you a battery, sounds to me like you should get your lass to give you a right good kick up the arse which might spark you into life.

As an old goat with a laundry list of "pre-existing conditions", I fully intend to stay isolated [since March 11]. The downside is, I may survive the virus, only then I will need to be locked up in the psych ward. This IS driving me somewhat "buggy"' …J.D.

That was weak as a leg pull. Don't ever let your guard down here as these peeps like to take the piss. I been caught time and time again. Ron Ashurst got tore to pieces and just gave it back.
