    Hi all so I've recently has my forks re sealed 1999 speed triple 955i anyone got a "easy guide" on settings and what they should be ,preload, damping and rebound , for front forks and also rear suspension

    If you want to get the bike really dialled in for you then you really need to set up the loaded sag for your weight, there is lots on the internet about this, MCN guide is below;
