Roadskin

Has anyone had any dealings with Roadskin.co.uk?
I ordered some jeans from them on the 24th of Feb, received receipt and order confirmation emails from them but nothing since. I sent a follow up email yesterday and still nothing and still no jeans. Is this normal for them?

There seem to be good and bad reviews of the company mate. All the bad ones however talk about poor or no communication of any sort and long delays with delivery.
I guess it's up to you if you want to hold out or put in a dispute with your payment method. Seems a very shoddy outfit who don't appear to give much of a damn about customer satisfaction if you believe the reviews

Thanks for everyone’s input. The jeans finally came around two weeks late and still no response from the company.
I’m actually pleased with the jeans so far, very tough and very comfortable. So, good jeans, rubbish customer service. I get the feeling they’re a small outfit overun with orders, they probably need to take on more staff

 

I had the same experience good product but clueless

 

Ordered a pair but too small when they arrived. Have spoke to them and have returned the jeans for an exchance and now waiting for a larger pair to be delivered. I found them to be accommodating and friendly.

Arrived today. Walking around the house breaking them in at the moment. Weekend looks good so hopefully take them for a spin.

 

I picked up a pair at the Excel show, great jeans, I wear them to commute in and keep them on while in the office. If ordering online is a bit hit & miss I'll look to pick up a 2nd pair at the next show I see them at.
