I’d say about an hour, loosen the pinch bolts on clutch side, remove throttle side mirror and loosen throttle side pinch bolts, slide both bars towards the centre and remove both circlps. Undo top yoke centre nut and fork clamps, remove both handlebar locating bolts into yoke, undo both bars slip on retaining bolts. Remove the top yoke, slide up the handlebar mounts, once off the forks remove the bars from the clamps and refit in reverse Sorry before you start you need to undo the headlight carrier to remove the clip on yoke bolts
A couple of weeks ago I did about 220 miles on it of highway riding and it proved to be painless. The wind took a lot of pressure off of the wrist/hand position and a Kaoko (sp) throttle lock also helped.
