Headlight Bulbs.

Im looking for spare bulbs and I see that my bike uses bulbs marked X3 in their part number, this seems fine cos eBay has loads.
I would like to know what this stands for, can anyone help?

Does the H7 refer to the type of electrical system?

This x3, am I being stupid? The manual says "12v 55w h7 x 3 " when I put that in to ebay I get results with x3 in it.
If its quantity 3 then how do I (even with a double headlight ) need three. The centre bulb is main beam.

I went for these 60% brighter 20m more light, and they are not too expensive. Good site Smillinjack I learnt something.
