      Hi can you run me through how you dropped the front end of the speed twin please? I know you have to loosen the fork clamps upper and lower but did you have to loosen the fork gaitors as well? Also did you need to support the bike on a jack? any tips you have is appreciated.

        Any small marks or dulling i flat it out with 1200 wet n dry and then polish it with any compound but be careful. I use a product called PEEK and when i have polished out the worst i then thin it down a bit with a liquid polish and use paper towels to finish off with as they are softer than rags. If your chrome is good then just polish with paper towels and a thinned mix of peek and liquid polish. Eric
