It looks like a faulty ECU . I would first check the ECU connector. Then try to swap the ECU.
Did it run fine for some time after ECU was changed?
I suggest to block the air injection system (AIS) if there is still one on your bike.
Imho, it is the design of this gearbox that makes it clunky for 2-3 shifts. Changing oil will not make any significant difference.
My 2017 T100 is clunky too. When shifting in first from standstill or when shifting from second to third.

In my opinion, the alarm light should light up before the engine overheats and stalls. It is difficult to explain how you had no alarm.
