Apparently its the ethanol in the fuel leeching through the plastic tank that causes the bubbling. Unless you get the inside of the tank sealed...
That picture was before the crash. Looks shinier now. Just need to find someone to seal the tank to prevent bubbling and i can get it resprayed.

I think i got the gapping wrong on the piston rings when i put 8-1 low comp in to allow 15psi on the charger. Standard comp is 9-1 i think? Anyway...
