675 - No Dash, No Fuel Fump

I have a 675 Street Triple (2014). When I turn the key, the fuel pump does not make its usual noise and the dash does not light up - only the ABS light blinks shortly.

Here’s what I’ve done since:

1. Visually inspected all fuses and checked them with a voltmeter (they all returned 12.5 - 13).
2. Checked all the relays with a multimeter and they are working.
3. Checked the relay socket connectors with the voltmeter, and 1) one of the pins in the fuel pump relay is not returning any voltage; and 2) one of the pins in the control indicator relay is not returning any voltage.

I haven’t properly checked for cable continuity as I am struggling to use a multimeter..

The service manual tells me to:

1. Check cable and terminal integrity: - ECM pin A26 and Alarm pin 1.
2. Check cable for short circuit to ground: - ECM pin A26 to ground
3. Check cable continuity: - ECM pin A26 to fuel pump relay pin 2 - Alarm pin 1 to fuel pump relay pin 1
4. Check cable for short circuit: - ECM pin A26 to Alarm pin 1

I still haven’t been able to visually inspect cable integrity as cables are quite cramped and it’s been tough to get them all out. I have access to the ECM cables but have no idea where Alarm Pin 1 is.
